Fabmart Multistore Insert

Essentially, Fabmart is an online store. However, to broaden reach, two basic issues have to be addressed. These are the relatively low degree of Internet access in India and potential customers' concerns about online transactions. These problems were addressed by setting up a call centre that allows customers to place their orders by telephone and by introducing the option of paying in cash on delivery.

These two features added two more important dimensions to Fabmart's character as a virtual supermarket.

The headline underlines the basic benefit of shopping at Fabmart, the store goes to the customer rather than the customer going to the store.
For customers who had not seen Fabmart's site, we also had to present a range of products and offers across various stores on the flip side. When creating the flip side, we faced the challenge of doing this without looking cluttered. This was achieved by using a strong, geometric design that creates a different, clearly defined space for each store and uses the Fabmart colours to give a uniform look to the whole page.
